I really enjoy this type of explanation of historical events and this book covers a wide range of battle situations throughout history. There are a number of European vignettes from the last few hundred years and the narrators ability to pronounce and speak German, French, Italian (or even Vietamese!) is really quite poor and I found it difficult to get past this issue.
