Didn’t work for me.
I have listened to the complete set of recordings 8 times and have not lost any weight, have not changed any of the foods I eat, have not changed the type of foods I enjoy, and have not done any additional exercising. So basically, listening to these hypnotic tapes have made no difference. Very disappointing.
