Laundry series are very well written, and at times, even believable, as far as books on magic go. This book by far one of the funniest in the bunch! I've relistened to chapter 1 and 5 multiple times and they still make me laugh! Gideon Emery is simply FANTASTIC narrator, bringing the jokes and characters to life, and the storyline to a plausible level! Looking forward to Book 14 but saddened that it's the conclusion of the series. Thank you, Charles and Gideon!

It started off strong and was pretty interesting. I get that the author doesn't want to go too far into detail about what Jennifer Morgue is and what's the purpose of it. But he leaves too much unsaid and everything gets murky.
