The story line was very good, hooked on it from the start. The narrator Scott Brick, my favorite narrator, would listen to him reading a cereal box!

The narrator is excellent; however, I was frequently lost in the storyline and couldn’t seem to get much imagery from it. I’m surprised I made it all the way to the end.

I’m a huge fan of the Orphan X series and decided to try some early works of the talented Mr. Hurwitz. This was scary and gory and grim. Not a fan of that kind of book but still I finished. Excellent narration by Scott Brick as usual.

I used to pick up disposable novels at the airport bookstore when I was going on vacation or a long flight. Never expected anything deep, just a way to pass the time. This was basically an "airport book". Decent enough though.
