This book is written/read in an entirely different style than any other on the topic of depression I've ever come across (& I'm not simply referring to the swearing, which, personally I didn't feel 'over the top' or offensive (as others have mentioned); it's actually suiting to the topic in terms of ppl dealing w the disease & who are tired & angry & done w it). The author presents the info in a casual 'let's sit & have coffee & chat' kind of way, & still relays the knowledge. (The section outlining the 'medical' aspects of the disease can get a bit wordy, but that stuff always does). All & all, lots of good facts & actually helpful tips to make you feel better. Definitely recommend!
