New top micro-trope unlocked: when he dances with her in public
(Cash by Jessica Peterson had this too and I LOVED it, but Otto just solidified it as a favourite for me!)
I love that this gives us sunshine x sunshine with a dark twist. Both Raven and Otto are portrayed as sunshine characters, but they both have secrets and Otto is still reveling in his dark side rather than laying it to rest after leaving it with his old life with his old MC.
The mutual pining created delicious tension and chemistry. The forced proximity of becoming roommates? SAY LESS.

Loved being back in Moonlit Ridge!
I love a brother’s best friend romance and Raven and Otto did not disappoint. I absolutely loved that he had always been her safe place, there to protect her and chase away her demons. The connection they had was so special 🖤
I am absolutely loving getting to see more of this family of misfits that all came together after enduring terrible circumstances but have been together, supporting each other ever since. The trust and loyalty between each character is so special. I can’t wait to get more of these characters and see who else they bring into the fold 🖤
