Honestly I've been going through a rough patch with my brain and feelings right now.
Eric's Narrating perfectly complements Faith's writing.
chapter 7 about taking down the mental score board in your head is just what I needed to hear.
I'm 28 with anxiety issues, slight anger problems, and some days depression beats me so bad that even my cats can't help me. but with this book I'm slowly getting better and I want to Thank Faith and Erin for their work.

TOP BEST SELF HELP - This book 'does what it says on the cover' Dr. Faith (Harper) is right to the point with regard to - carry your own baggage, we all have it and it does take practice. In this audible book, Dr. Faith even refers to her own personal family situation with regard to adulting. She does also use examples of different situations to refer to and she does not use a bunch of technical language so it is easy to follow. In her day job she is a professional, and she wants to help people. The narrator is also really easy to listen to and I have heard Dr. Faith's own voice and the narrator keeps pace perfect in my view. It feels like it is Dr. Faith telling the story too. I notice all of Dr. Faith's audible books are really down to earth and I enjoy all her works. I will listen to this audible book again and again and I recommend this book to anyone and every adult audience.
