These two young, excited and educated women set out to share with you true crime stories, from old and current, small town and national headlines. We invite you to hang out with us as we dig into these crimes, criminal justice theory, psychology & sociology, discuss mental health and substance use, the legal proceedings around these kinds of cases, and everything in between - while offering some much-needed humor.     Episode 191: The Murder of Jacque Rawson Waller

    On the outside, Jacque and Clay’s marriage might have seemed idyllic; beautiful couple, precious triplets, support around them. But behind closed doors, their relationship was marked with abuse and violence. Jacque did all the right things-- documented the abuse, told loved ones, and made her plans to safely exit that relationship while keeping herself and her children safe. In 2011, Jacque went missing after an appointment she and Clay attended with a divorce attorney. As the investigation into her disappearance ensued, Jacque’s family was vocal and adamant that Clay was responsible.
