  • Episode 1: The Experiment
    Aug 19 2025

Welcome to my very first episode! 🎙️

Today, I’m doing the scariest, messiest thing: hitting record on my podcast while scared out of my mind. I talk about the fear, the overthinking, the procrastination, and the gooey, slimy, beautiful birth of starting something new 🥹

This episode is a front-row seat to the moment I decide to just do it—to embrace the cringe, experiment, and move forward anyway. It’s a reminder that you don’t need it to be perfect to begin. You just need to begin.

Whether you’re wrestling with fear, procrastination, or the pressure to be “ready,” this one’s for you. Cringe is the price of admission—let’s pay it together.

    Time-stamped highlights:

    0:00 - prayer

1:19 - birthing a new ‘baby’ (creative project)

    2:32 - the FEAR. 🥺

    3:22 - the shift.

    • 0:00 – Raw prayer and intentions before recording

    • 2:00 – Wrestling with fear and overthinking
    • 4:30 – The “30-day experiment” mindset
    • 7:00 – Cringe is the price you pay to be cool later
    • 9:30 – Call to action: just do the thing

  • 30-day mic therapy challenge.
    Sep 6 2025

Welcome to 30 Days of Mic Therapy.

Here’s the only rule: hit record and hit publish.

For the next 30 days, you’ll catch me:

    • Dropping one raw, unedited episode a day (no safety nets, no polish).
    • Posting the transcript on Substack (typos and all).
    • Adding a quickie reflection on what I learned in the process 💎

No fancy intros. No endless edits. No analysis paralysis. Just me, the mic, and the practice of showing up. 💪

Think of it as a public experiment in consistency — and an invitation to start your own. 🎙️

  • the anti-instagram creator path.
    Sep 7 2025

Ever feel like your brain is a buffet of 100 ideas, but none of them actually feed you? Yeah… that’s ADHD creativity for you.

In this episode, I spill all the thoughts behind why I decided to start a podcast instead of another perfectly curated Instagram page:

✨ ADHD brains are messy, innovative, and desperate to try everything at once.

✨ Turning my voice memos into polished posts was draining. So I said: why not just post the raw audio? Ugly glory > perfect silence.

✨ This podcast is letting me explore every passion, express myself verbally, and process life as a stay-at-home mom without overthinking the platform.

If you’re a creator who feels pulled in a million directions, or just tired of the “perfect feed” pressure, this episode is for you. Grab your mic (or just listen along) and embrace your messy, organic process.

💪 Let’s normalize yapping, experimenting, and building in public — one imperfect episode at a time.

Why ADHD Entrepreneurs Need a Mic 🎙️

Being an ADHD entrepreneur is… chaotic. 🌀

Ideas everywhere. Interests everywhere. Energy… scattered.

Here’s the fix: start a podcast. Seriously.

    • 🗣️ Talk it out – Your mouth is faster than your fingers. Brain dump live instead of editing to death.
    • Expression > perfection – Forget Instagram trends or “polished” content. Raw thoughts are your gold.
    • 🎯 One mic, unlimited ideas – Multi-passion? Perfect. Podcasting lets you explore everything without overthinking.
    • 💪 Frictionless creation – No need for fancy setups. Baby on your hip? Hair a mess? Perfect. Just talk.

This episode is all about embracing your yapper brain, stopping the endless overthinking, and using your voice as a tool for clarity, content, and creativity.

If you’ve ever felt stuck typing, curating, or over-planning… maybe it’s time to grab a mic. 🎧

  • lower the bar: consistency for adhd squirrel brains
    Oct 3 2025

Yall remember that episode about the 30-day Mic Therapy challenge?

I tried it and lasted… three whole days. 🫠

Old me would’ve deleted the evidence and moved on. New me? I’m owning it as a lesson learned.

This episode is about designing goal-focused habits around the real you — not the ideal, superhuman version.

I’m lowering the bar so low that even my worst-day self can show up, and how tiny micro-moves lead to massive change over time. If you’ve ever spiraled in ADHD shame, here is your permission slip to start small and win anyway.

💡 Your homework: Pick one habit and dumb it down until it’s laughably easy — then do that every day.

Today’s episode: me, talking out loud, trying to untangle the creative chaos in my head.

    We talk about:

why “cringe” is lowkey the entry fee for your dream life. (I know, yuck)

my obsession with finding a cute little system instead of just doing the thing

how ADHD turns one idea into 47 ideas into a whole cinematic universe

the art of avoiding your calling by… strategizing your calling

the lie that “the right book, the right guru, the right moment” is gonna save you

creative bloating (yes, it’s a thing) and why overconsumption feels like productivity

the existential crisis that happens when you finally have time + freedom but zero motion 🫠

and of course… day one of my period being the worst possible time to try to become Beyoncé 😭

This episode is pure, unfiltered ‘working through it’

If you’ve ever spiraled inside an idea about an idea about an idea…

If you’ve ever avoided your dreams by making a 12-step plan to start the dream…

If your brain has ever said “Let’s overcomplicate this so we never have to actually do it”…

Yeah. This one’s for you. Enjoy!

  • u gotta do some cringe shit, friend
    Dec 8 2025

Title is self-explanatory. It’s time to do some cringe shit.

I talk about how waiting for permission is a scam, why thinking about doing the thing is useless, and how every creator you admire started off cringe as hell. You don’t get to skip that part. Nobody does.

This is about choosing motion over overthinking, building your own damn framework through trial and error, and using your free will instead of sitting on it.

If you’ve been hiding, hesitating, rehearsing in your head—this is your nudge to start talking, start posting, start something.
