Evelio worked a long time for Citrix and is a known face in our EUC family and also our Community, after he was affected on layoffs he was looking for the next step and found it as Sales Engineer for IGEL projects at Lenovo, utilizing his virtualization skills and his great empathy he is helping to expand our partnership and business.

Evelio and I talked about our early career days, how he handled the challenging situation at the end of his time at Citrix, the great chances he found in the job with Lenovo and how his network and the community approach helped him to get there.

Welcome to Episode 2 of Behind the Hedgehog.

After a great premiere with Barry Browne, I had the chance to have an inspiring talk with Binthu Vijayaratnam.

We both know us since the early days, when I started at IGEL. And like so many others in this company she has an amazing story to tell.

Binthu and I talked about chances and how to build a career, we talked about from beeing shy, to do a presentation in English to the moment she presented the greatest IGEL Demo in front of 1000 people in the audience and in the end we talked about stories and experiences how we get parent ship and a challenging job combined.

I learned a lot in this 45 minutes, listened to great memories and also had some proud moments talking about moments that were important for both of us within our career at IGEL.

This episode is special to me and I would love to hear your feedback. It is great to have amazing women like Binthu in our world and in our community!
