I want to get everyone's buy in on this and make sure that we're all onboard before we move ahead so let me know where you're at on this.

I really want the whole team to have a say in how we come at this so if you have any ideas then I'm all ears.

I really want your insights before we move forwards with any changes because whatever we do should reflect the ideas of the whole team.

I need everyone to drop what they're doing and focus on this for the rest of the day. Remember to adhere strictly to the new policies and let me know if you need my help with anything to get us over the finish line.

By this point I'm sure you've all seen the new guidelines that were issued this morning. We're dealing with big changes across the board so I need everyone to be fully bought in.

My predecessor set the bar pretty high but I think I’m up to the challenge.

I’m over the moon with this promotion, it’s definitely been a long time coming.

It feels like all the hard work I’ve put in over the past few years has finally been vindicated.

I’ve taken on a laundry list of new duties and a roster of staff as long as my arm! It’s definitely going to be a challenge.

Now that I’ve stepped into this new role I really need to step up and demonstrate that I can handle all of these new deliverables

I now oversee this whole department and it’s up to me to make sure that nothing gets overlooked.
