Hey Queen, I'm so happy to have the opportunity to guide you. Meditation is a powerful tool for healing. Before we begin this meditation practice, I want to remind you that this is a tool, but not a replacement for seeking support from a mental health professional. Are you okay with being an “extra” in your own show? Most of us stumble through this life carrying around old identities, and out dated behaviors that we have long outgrown. Me included! I used to find my own self playing this supportive role to everyone else needs, traumas, dreams, melodramatic stories. Why? For the sake of not wanting to pop out or do too much. Everything begins and ends with your self identity! It’s time to step into that Main Character Energy! In this episode, Latina explores how to embrace a new identity by shifting self limiting beliefs to thoughts that are realistic and rooted in self empowerment. Grab your notes Queens, we’re starting a new chapter in this script of life. Song credits - “Rabbit Hole” by Qveen Herby

    Mar 3 2024
March is Women’s History Month. Celebrate yourself Queen! Women's History Month is an annual observance to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society. Throughout history, the vision and achievements of powerful women have strengthened our Nation and opened the doors of opportunity wider for all of us. Women should be celebrated every day, but a month dedicated to female empowerment is extremely special. In episode 17, “Bad Girl Syndrome” we’re analyzing the makings of a baddie. Baddies challenge gender roles by shifting power dynamics and by not conforming to traditional feminine qualities. Somehow, the idea of a baddie has transitioned and has become misconstrued in many ways. Toxic baddie culture is trendy and is heavily associated with the over sexualization of women. It’s time to change the narrative and reclaim our power. To learn more about social reform and how to participate in movement of Women’s Right visit www.womenshistorymonth.gov
