Out of the nearly 70 members of staff to catch the so-called “Bovingdon Bug,” two would never recover: Bob Egle and Fred Biggs.     Imagine committing a crime and then being so angry at having been convicted that you spend more than 20 years after your release trying to get your conviction overturned. This is Walter Leroy Moody Jr. in a nutshell. When false narratives and unfounded appeals didn’t produce the result he had hoped for, he channeled his anger into murder by sending bombs to innocent people. If he couldn’t have his way, he would direct all his rage at the court responsible for denying his appeals.
