À propos de cet audio

Where Deconstruction Meets Dangerous Women. What does it mean to go feral? For women raised to obey, to smile politely, to stay silent — going feral means slipping the leash. It means refusing to shrink, refusing to hold the world together while less qualified men take center stage. I’m Lori Randall Stradtman — once a Republican precinct president in the Deep South, trained to disappear behind men as an act of “faith.” But leaving a high-control religion, earning my Communications degree from UGA, becoming a published author, and embracing critical thinking changed everything. Now, on the Feral Podcast, I share dangerous truths and creative liberation. Together, we decode cultural scripts with critical discourse analysis. We expose patterns of control. We transmute them in real time with the latest neuroscience. And we imagine a freer world — one where sovereignty, creativity, and embodied autonomy aren’t radical, but normal. This isn’t just politics. It’s about women (and the men who love them) stepping out of scapegoat roles and into sovereignty. It’s about repairing reputations after erasure. It’s about unleashing the feral power we were told to suppress. Dangerous women don’t behave. They break patterns. They live free. 🎙 New episodes weekly. • Feral Podcast Episode 3: Towanda!! From Masking to Belonging After Deconstruction
    Sep 11 2025

So many of us have masked just to belong — especially in spaces where, deep down, we never truly fit. Our nervous systems got wired to stay “good,” keep the peace, and disappear. Evelyn’s story is a Towanda moment. By choosing herself over invisibility, she gently retrained her body and her boundaries to feel safe being seen.

The result? A life where she’s fully present, vibrant, and center stage in her own story — while still holding the relationships that matter most. In this episode, we explore:

🌿 How “good girl” conditioning shows up in the nervous system

💌 Why real community helps us feel safe and seen

✨ The difference between masking for survival vs. showing up as ourselves

🤝 How choosing visibility can actually deepen connection This one’s for every ex-good girl who’s ready to stop disappearing — and start belonging.

💌 Subscribe to the Feral Podcast for conversations that feel like community — where ex-good girls, late-bloomers, and dangerous-in-the-best-way women come home to themselves. #FeralPodcast #ExGoodGirl #NervousSystemRegulation #Towanda #Deconstruction

  • Feral Podcast: Where Deconstruction Meets Dangerous Woman - When does love turn into self-erasure? - Christina Yang moment from Grays Anatomy
    Sep 3 2025
When does love turn into self-erasure? Cristina Yang almost gave herself away. In Grey’s Anatomy, we watch her shrink for Preston Burke — bending, twisting, and almost erasing herself to fit the role of “good wife.” He wanted the wedding. He wanted the rules. He wanted her small. But when it all collapsed? Cristina’s body told the truth. The relief of not walking down that aisle wasn’t heartbreak. It was liberation. 💥 This episode of the Feral Podcast dives deep into: Cristina Yang’s almost-wedding and the cost of self-erasure Why “love” often looks like labor for Dangerous Women How CPTSD isn’t about going “back to normal” — it’s about becoming who you were never allowed to be Real-time nervous system regulation practices to cut the leash and reclaim your power Why the matriarchy rising looks collaborative, communal, creative — for Dangerous Women (and the men who love them) 🌿 If you’re a Dangerous Woman — late-diagnosed ADHD, first-born daughter, survivor of high-control religion or a narcissistic family dynamic — you are not alone. Your perception is extraordinary. Your nervous system is your power. #CristinaYang #GreysAnatomy #PrestonBurke #DangerousWomen #FeralPodcast #MatriarchyRising #SelfErasure #CPTSD #NervousSystemHealing
