    Oct 27 2025

This one is fun and light and embarassing (for becca and kat lol) I'm sitting down with my long time friend Bryanna Booth annnnd our favorite honorary co-host Kat, my sister & bff. We're just yapping about our old drinking days, why Bryanna decided to get sober during the pandemic of 2020 and what its REALLY like to be an independent florist.

  • 40: WARREN THOMPSON// pt. 1 : being trans masc in small town Alabama
    Oct 13 2025

This is part 1 of my conversation with my friend Warren Thompson, a proud trans-masc person living life in rual AL with his wife and 4 kids. Warren and I went to high school together and have reconnected through social media and shared experiences. Kelsey and I had the most amazing time talking and laughing and relating with he and his wife Courtney, the parallels in our lives are so crazy and I felt like i could've talked to him all day. He will definitely be back for another round on Gag Order, I cant wait to hear more about their love story!! Warren is literally one of the most kind and compassionate people I've ever met and it truly was humbling getting to sit down and talk about his experience as a trans person in the world, and specifically in the south.

stay tuned for part 2, on 10/20 6am cst!!

    PART TWO WITH HANNAH TRAMMELL!

today we're all over the place but this is a barely edited organic conversation and i really just loved it as is. I did edit a few things, but not much was needed. I just loved sitting down with Hannah, shes so easy to talk to and relate to and i really enjoyed hearing her story and perspective on her life and journey as a woman, wife, mother and friend.

On todays episode I am so lucky to sit with my friend Hannah Trammell, mom of three, co-owner of Crestwood Pharmacy, spanish interpreter at Childrens Hopsital and dancing QUEEN. I had the best time and giggled so much on and off mic with Hannah. She has the most amazing and inspiring birth story and journey with her daughter Lucy who was diagnosed with Larsen Syndrome shortly after birth. DONT SLEEP ON THESE TWO EPs!
