Tracey Ilene is a woman on a global mission - to help others heal, connect, and rise.

As a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, transformational coach, global speaker, and CEO of HeavenlyConnects LLC and Release Pasin to Power LLC, she’s using innovation and inspiration to empower women and communities worldwide. Named Global Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 by the Global Festival, Tracey’s passion for purpose-driven impact is evident in everything she touches. Whether it’s receiving the Edupreneurship Award at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit or speaking across stages from PowerHer USA, PowerHer Europe, and PowerHer Asia to the GEEF Leadership Exchange, Tracey consistently drives messages that ignite healing and hope.

Through her groundbreaking mobile app HeavenlyConnects, Tracey created a sacred digital space where grieving families can preserve the legacies of their loved ones through voice notes, voicemail, videos, photos, obituaries, and keepsakes. The app also features a social component, connecting users through shared healing experiences.

Its companion app, Heavenly Resources, serves as a go-to directory for essential services-from florists and funeral homes to coaches and insurance agents. “Grief doesn’t come with a roadmap,” Tracey says, “But I’ve built a GPS for healing.”

Tracey also leads women through her signature program, Release Pain to Power, a one-on-one and group coaching experience focused on helping women rise above trauma, abandonment, and emotional wounds. Her e-book, Breakthrough to Healing Course, extends this journey with practical strategies for inner transformation.

In 2025, Tracey was honored with the Passion, Purpose, Peace Award and became a certified member of the United Nations Global Peace Council. Her thought leadership is featured in the Spring 2026 Issue of POWER Magazine. Moreover, Tracey had a full-page feature in Speakers Magazine in July 2025.
