  • 076 | Turning the Temperature Down on Your LIfe - How to have Real and Complete Healing in Your Home with Jen Heller
    Sep 1 2025

This was a conversation for my soul. When I relistened to it, it spoke to me differently, more powerfully. It is not a checklist of to dos to help us be our best selves, it is a call to look deep within and see what is not feeding our soul and adjust - big or small, just adjust.

In this episode Jen shares her journey to true health - it started with a health crisis, moved through looking for someone to blame, and then a pivot point with a Chinese Medicine Doctor when she was running out of things to chase. Jen shares that healing the home starts with healing relationships, energies, reconciling what we want in life as well as the checklist things of products we use. However, there is an ever present reminder in this conversation that the checklist can only do so much when we are not living in alignment with ourselves!

    Enjoy! I know I did.

  • 072 | Using Neuroscience to Manifest Our Dream Life with Monica Mangelson
    Jul 7 2025

Manifesting - it is something we have all heard so much about but seems like this untapped ability, at least to me. In this episode Monica describes many of the twists and turns her life has taken and how she was lead to learning about the brain's inner workings to leverage that to make dreams come true.

Monica is a life coach who focuses on how to reprogram our thinking, using tools we have at our disposal (journaling for example) to really shift the wiring in ourselves to live with more intentionality and get more joy out of the lives we are living.

  • 071 | Chores in Our Home - Creating a Culture of Collaboration
    Jun 23 2025

Just yesterday a friend was over asking me how I get my children to do things (like shoveling goat poop into the bucket of our tractor to move to a pile for it to season in the back pasture) and I truly didn't know how to answer. I wanted to say, we just do. The truth is it has been years of consistent, sometimes hard, work to make a home culture of cooperation and collaboration where we all live here so we all do the hard, gross, tedious things, so we can all have time to play later.

In this episode I try and expand on how and why we view chores as essential and how our attitude around them has been essential in cultivating the home culture we want for our family.

  • 070 | Polarity in Relationships as Parents and Partners with Shiloh Minor
    Jun 9 2025

This episode is near and dear to my heart. I loved my first conversation with Shiloh Minor so very much I had to have her back, and in truth I think this conversation was even better.

Polarity is a super hot topic in the dating world - but what about once we commit to our partner? What then? How do we maintain the ease we found while dating once we live together, have children together, are truly building a life together? These are all topics we explore in this conversation and I trul think polarity from this angle is life changing.

  • 069 | Benefits and Sacrifices in Our Homeschool Journey
    May 26 2025

Welcome back! In this episode I look at the benefits and sacrifices (they all come up as benefits in the end as I see them!) of our homeschooling journey. Homeschooling is a wonderful privilege our family enjoys, and it is not without it's drawbacks. The truth is the chauffeuring, the financial differences, the time commitment in general, these are all real and often down played - but they are so worth it!

Listen in and see how I see this part of the journey as all good because at the end of the day the pros outweigh the cons every single time.
