There are many voices that have been lost in the time we are now living in. Yet they are still here, supporting us as kin. Today’s episode is dedicated to the ancestors who have been here providing life to us all. Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon, Grandmother Ocean, Grandfather Sun, and Grandfather Fire. Those who I feel we have forgotten in this day and age.

When we allow ourselves to remember the connections we once held with these ancestors, we are better able to reconnect with OUR spirit. So today I wish to re-spark something within us all. A remembrance of our connection to family. Our Earth Family. The family that lives all around us. Today I will share a very personal relationship and lens I hold with these ancient ancestors-who we are ALL connected to. Fear is the product of our unconscious imagination. It stems from the hidden parts within us that we don’t give a voice to. It slowly creeps into our awareness, needing to be heard, and threatening us from behind.

When we talk about living a healthy life and enjoying ourselves, THE ONE THING that stops us from this- is fear. And most of the time we’re unconscious to it.
