  • The Tiny Bedtime Habit That Made a Big Difference
    Dec 6 2025

In this episode of Mostly All Figured Out, we are talking about the one habit that turned me from a stressy, scroll-til-midnight gremlin into a cozy, journal-writing, gym-going, calm mom. That’s right: I stopped bringing my phone to bed. And babies? I'm a changed woman.

    I’ll share:

    • Why I started accidentally journaling (and my realization that there is no 'right' way to do it)
    • How ditching screens led me to sexy romance novels (A Court of Thorns and Roses? Not for me. Sorry to the fae community.)
    • The cozy and healing magic of tarot cards and my guilty pleasure tarot interpreter - DON'T JUDGE ME I'M JUST A GIRL
    • A little love letter to my favorite podcast that re-lit my fire for personal growth
    • The very real ADHD struggles with time, routine, and money - and how I’m finally fighting back with better habits
    • This month’s new healthy habit: working from home (and not bankrupting myself at coffee shops anymore)
    • And the mantra saving my life right now: My reaction is my power

Plus, I share what I’ve been up to, what’s been working, and how this whole one-new-habit-a-month thing is slowly shifting my life.

    Listen if you’re:

    • Craving a dopamine detox
    • Tired of being tired all the time
    • Curious about how tiny changes can create massive momentum
    • A single parent, an ADHD girlie, or someone just trying to hold it all together

no screen bedtime habit, ADHD and routines, healthy habit podcast, self care for moms, tarot for beginners, journaling mental health, dopamine detox, working from home ADHD, romance books for anxiety, mostly all figured out podcast

  • Dating After Divorce: My Sister’s Teen Mom Story & Our Roast of the Worst Dating App Profiles
    Nov 26 2025

Okay, this one? A true emotional rollercoaster.

Lizzy (my actual sister, not just in vibes - she's legally my sibling) is back on the pod, and we are talking about everything. From her journey as a teen mom, to both of us getting divorced, to dating again in our 30s and how different our experiences have been...it’s all in here.

There’s a story in here where Lizzy had to fake passing out just to get medical care. There’s a man who felt the need to clarify “I’m not gay” in his dating profile. There are espresso martinis. There is chaos. And now there's you.

    We get into:

    • Lizzy’s teen pregnancy and marriage/divorce story
    • What it’s really like dating post-divorce (spoiler: UN-HINGE-D)
    • A savage roast of some of the worst dating app bios we’ve seen (and saved for your listening pleasure)
    • What we actually want in a relationship now, and why we won’t settle for less
    • The comforting joy of ginger ale and Lorna Doones in a crisis

If you've ever faked enthusiasm for a man with “Bills Mafia” in his bio, this episode is for you.

    What you’ll walk away with:

    • A reminder that you’re not alone in the mess
    • Permission to laugh at things that were once not funny
    • Sisterly advice on what red flags to dodge like your life depends on it
    • Deep validation if you’re feeling like love is broken - it’s not, the apps just might be

    Highlights & Time Stamps:

    • 00:00 – Sisters’ reunion & immediate chaos
    • 02:30 – Lizzy’s teen‑mom journey + unexpected hospital trip
    • 16:00 – My divorce story + re‑starting life and self‑worth
    • 28:45 – Dating app horror show: the worst bios we’ve saved
    • 36:20 – What we really want in a partner (and why we’ve changed)
    • 42:00 – Wrap‑up, sibling shout‑outs, next episode tease

Not every episode will be about dating, I promise. But this one? Absolutely had to be. Part two is coming soon, and you’ll want to be here for it.

    Love you. Mean it.

Now go swipe left on that man holding a fish.

  • New Bedtime Boundaries, Holiday Grief, and Healing While Co-Parenting
    Nov 19 2025

This episode is a mix of real talk, healing energy, and gentle chaos. I’m opening up about a big bedtime shift that’s actually helping my anxiety and sleep - no screens in bed. My phone’s across the room now, and suddenly I’m… journaling? Reflecting? Pulling tarot cards?? Who even am I. Spoiler: I like her.

But the biggest shift? Prepping for 9 days without my kids while they travel overseas with their dad - over Thanksgiving. It’s the longest we’ve ever been apart, and it’s stirring up big emotions: grief, co-parenting anxiety, and solo holiday dread. But instead of spiraling, I’m finding ways to turn pain into power.

If you’re in a life transition, facing a solo holiday, or just navigating a hard co-parenting moment, this one’s for you.

🔑 In this episode, I share:

    • The bedtime boundary that’s saving my sleep and mental health
    • Why journaling is suddenly working (for real this time)
    • How I’m prepping for a kid-free Thanksgiving (without losing it)
    • My gratitude list ritual for reframing grief and loneliness
    • What it means to choose healing over hurting, even when it’s hard

🎙️ This podcast is for you if you're:

    • A millennial figuring out life in real time
    • A co-parent managing complex emotions
    • Healing through grief, transitions, or just… being alive
    • Craving relatable, vulnerable, and sometimes hilarious conversations

  • No Screens After 9PM: Sleep, Sanity & Emotional Regulation (Week 1 Update)
    Nov 9 2025

I’ve officially gone screen-free after 9PM for a whole week… and it might be changing my entire life??

In this episode, I’m breaking down the surprising (and honestly wild) impact of cutting off phone time before bed - from actually cleaning my room (shocking), to finishing a sexy fairy book (that I hated?), to waking up with positive vibes like some kind of morning person.

    I also talk about:

    • The night I broke the rule, and why it lowkey proved how powerful this habit is
    • My mini car scroll moment (we’re all fragile, okay)
    • How less screen time has boosted my productivity, improved my sleep, helped with emotional regulation, and made me feel like a more present parent

Oh, and there’s a letter from my son that had me ugly crying in the best way — this one's got heart.

🔑 Key things you'll find in this episode:

    • How to stop doomscrolling at night
    • Setting phone boundaries for better sleep
    • Creating a night routine without screens
    • Mental health and screen time
    • Journaling before bed
    • Parenting while healing (and trying your best)

If you’re thinking of setting a no screens rule at night or just need a cozy, encouraging listen to nudge you into a better habit... this is your sign 💫

    💬 In this episode:

    • Why I’m screen-free after 9pm (and kinda obsessed)
    • The gross feeling of breaking my own rule
    • A weirdly productive week
    • How I discovered sexy fairy books were not for me
    • Parenting wins that hit deep

DM me or drop a comment if you’re trying out no screens after 9 - let’s be emotionally regulated girlies (or girlies adjacent) together.

  • The Habit You Voted For (and Why I’m Ignoring It)
    Nov 2 2025

The people voted. The people wanted me to work out every day.
And I… kindly said, “No thank you.”

This week, we’re kicking off a brand-new month and a brand-new habit: no screens after 9PM. Why? Because I want to actually succeed at this whole becoming-my-best-self thing. And if that means I have to ditch late-night Instagram doomscrolling in favor of sleep and sanity, so be it.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • The habit I am committing to this month, and why.
    • Why working out daily isn’t the first step (at least not for me).
    • A beautiful breakdown from my friend Victoria about how nervous system health, rest, and screen time are all connected.
    • The realest talk on the most important habit of all: keeping promises to yourself.

Also: shout out to my ADHD brain, mini crosswords, my love-hate relationship with January, and the power of making just one change at a time.

If you’re ready to make one small shift that could unlock bigger ones, come do this with me. And if you need a little cheerleader in your ear while you figure it out? That’s what I’m here for.

  • The Hairy Godmother Returns: Lessons in Hair, Healing, and Hustling
    Oct 29 2025

Felicia is back, baby! And this time, we’ve got better mics and zero foils crinkling in your ear. In Part 2 of my conversation with my “hairy godmother,” Felicia Cardinale - owner of Mercury Salon and one of the most deeply intuitive humans I know - we go way beyond hair.

We talk about what it means to create safe, affirming spaces for all folx to feel seen, supported, and stylin'. Felicia shares the real (and raw) story of how she opened her salon - spoiler alert: it involves coffee-fueled late nights, screaming landlords, and a serious survival mode hustle.

She opens up about building community, being your authentic self (even when it’s messy), and what it really takes to come back from rock bottom. We also touch on the power of mentorship, asking for help, and how falling on your face is basically a prereq for success.

This episode is hilarious, healing, and honest - just like a great salon session should be.

    In this episode:

    • The real story behind Mercury Salon's creation
    • Why the salon chair often becomes a therapist’s couch
    • Felicia’s wisdom on surviving hard seasons and coming out stronger
    • The surprising connection between hair care and personal growth

👑 Felicia is currently accepting new clients! Call Mercury Salon at 716-883-8800 or DM @mercurysalon43allenstreet on Instagram to book with her 6-12 weeks in advance, baby.

  • The Critical Three-Month Dating Rule (I'm single again)
    Oct 20 2025

So… I went through a breakup last week. Which means, we need to talk about The Three-Month Rule - aka that moment in every relationship when the dopamine wears off and you may start to see the person you've been swooning over a lil differently.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the arc of my post-divorce dating, the absolutely feral things your brain does when you think you’re catching feelings, and why my therapist Deborah (we love her) is absolutely correct about the three-month mark being a turning point. I’m walking you through how I got back into the dating world and the patterns I keep seeing in myself - and maybe in you, too.

I also read you my list of qualities for my ideal man, directly from my Notes app. It’s giving “manifestation with a side of delusion,” but why bother living any other way, honestly. Plus, we’re talking about the honeymoon phase and how to tell if someone’s actually worth the emotional labor of a hard conversation.

Whether you’re dating, healing, avoiding Hinge like the plague, or just here for the chaos - you are so welcome. Love you, babes. I’m glad you’re listening. Let’s keep figuring this shit out together.

    ✨ In this episode:

    • I cry. Just kidding lmao
    • I explain why three months is the magic number (and not in a cute way)
    • I roast my dating history and read you my "ideal man" list
    • We talk boundaries, patterns, and how not to ignore red flags (again)
    • And I give you permission to get a rebound. A hot one.

  • Don't Make the Chili (aka Learn to Say 'No')
    Oct 9 2025

This week, we’re getting real about something I know you’re doing too: living for everyone else. Whether it’s making chili on your birthday or saying yes to a project when your calendar is already screaming no, this episode is for the good girls, the independent women, and anyone who’s been caught in the exhausting cycle of people-pleasing.

In this solo episode, I’m talking:

    • Where people-pleasing shows up in my daily life (spoiler: everywhere)
    • Why doing less might actually be the key to feeling better
    • A surprisingly emotional chili-related meltdown
    • My favorite concept from the book Unbound by Kasia Urbaniak

I’m also challenging you (and myself) to pick just three things a day that actually matter—and say no to the rest. Yes, even to the chili.
