This podcast is about my story as a former competitive Irish dancer. Every episode in this series will either be a solo episode where I share some stories from my past, or a conversation with someone who was either a former Irish dancer as well, a mental health practitioner, or someone with valuable insights that any dancer could use to help them along their journey.


These episodes are also all posted on my other podcast, The Dear Bramblings Podcast, but here the episodes more specifically geared towards Irish dance and sharing my story.
