    For some reason one of the most controversial things in the channel is giving prices to prospects before you've spoken to them. Many MSPs say they can't do this before they've spoken to a prospect and yet prospects hate having to get in touch just to get a price. So they won't. For a long time best-selling author and marketing expert Marcus Sheridan (who wrote "Endless Customers") has recommended you put a price estimator into your website. I've now partnered with him on a new tool called MSP Price Guide. Here's why I believe you must put one of these on your website. As someone who collects great ideas on your behalf, believe me, I know how non-stop and overwhelming it can be!   • Triple down on LinkedIn in 2026

    One of the phenomenons I see within marketing is that when something's been there for a number of years, people just get bored with it and look for something new. And especially so with LinkedIn. Which has been a consistently great marketing channel for MSPs for years and years now. As I talk to members, I see people looking for the next new thing, when actually the old thing... LinkedIn... is still very valid! That's why today I'm challenging you to triple down on LinkedIn in 2026. And I'm going to tell you specifically how. Let's go!
