I know that holidays are hard when your loved ones you've lost are not with you, it can bring anxiety and a sense of loneliness. But today I will share my experience with on how I have made it through. I want us to create a safe place and space for us and we move into a new year with a new you in mind.

Today I want to share a little about my journey on how I've been able to walk through my grief and loss of my husband and daughter. It hasn't been easy or fun to say the least, but God has been with me every step of the way. Im so thankful for children and my mom for standing by my side. I'm so thankful for the friends that have been by my side, as I poured my heart out to them, as the many times I've cried my heart out. The healing is my responsibility, the pain just doesn't sting like it use to. So stay with me on this podcast as I share my intimate moments with you.
