Shanon, Tom and Rory are back in the studio for another Saturday Drop In

We're joined by Ainsley from Lochview Rural Training to talk about the services that this social enterprise offers to the community. Find out more at https://lochviewruraltraining.co.uk

We celebrate British Carrot Day with a traditional game of This or That titled 'Car-Rot or Car-Not'.

Play along with the usual games of Beat Detective and Guess the Year.

*BONUS CONTENT* Stay tuned to see how the post show coffee date goes.

Avast ye landlovers! We're all in on Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Join Tom, Rory and Jess for this week's Saturday Drop In where as well as your usual features we're finding out about a special cinema week taking place at Eden Court with our own Rory playing a part. We find out how good our pirate knowledge is with a great quiz hosted by Tom and find out about your NHS Highland community in the Coffee Corner.

Shannon and Tom are catching up on a Thursday in the middle of a live studio hiatus.

We catch up on the fun we had at the Highland Hospice Rowing Regatta (including one of the team falling off a rowing machine). Shannon has cancelled on the gym today but Tom is keeping active with some father / son badminton.

Enjoy a game of This or That and let us help you pass the time in hospital and beyond.
