One of the biggest challenges that I hear from entrepreneurs who want to grow their teams is that they get to a point where they feel like all of their day to day is spent managing teams, dealing with internal problems, and feeling suffocated by the noise of running the business day to day.

Since 2019, I've been actively stepping away from my Executive Director roles, selling my larger companies and moving into much more of a Non Executive position, whether on Boards in my own companies or other people's and in 2023, I made the big decision to step out of my final Executive role and up to the Chairman.
