Introduction to the Career SPARC Framework™ - five interconnected pillars for leadership and sustainable high performance in your career: Strengths, Performance, Authenticity, Resilience, and Confidence. Plus the story of how a Metro newspaper on the Northern Line changed everything.

The Career Sparc™ is a bi-weekly podcast for professionals and leaders who are successful by most measures, but want more - even if they don't know what "more" is.
It's for people who want to perform at a high level without burning out, lead authentically without sacrificing results, and figure out what's next even when they don't yet know what that looks like.
Each episode focuses on one pillar of the SPARC Framework™ - a methodology developed by host Adam Pacey through years of coaching executives, Master NLP training, and his own unconventional career reinventions (from finance leadership to living with an indigenous tribe in Fiji to tracking cheetahs in Namibia).
The Five SPARC Pillars:-
Strengths: Understanding your natural patterns of brilliance and deploying them strategically.
Performance: Delivering impact without exhaustion (systems over willpower).
Authenticity: Leading as yourself, not as who you think you should be
Resilience: Navigating transitions and setbacks without falling apart
Confidence: Backing yourself even when it's uncomfortable
What you won't get: Generic "follow your passion" advice, corporate buzzwords, or productivity hacks that require superhuman willpower.
What you will get: Frameworks and strategies that actually work, stories from real coaching clients (anonymised), research from behavioural psychology and positive psychology, and the kind of honest conversation you wish you could have with your mentor but probably can't.
