Heston, a culinary genius and one of the main proponents for molecular gastronomy worldwide has created a masterpiece with The Fat Duck.
The Fat Duck is a longstanding Michelin-starred establishment, and currently holds Three stars in the MICHELIN Guide for the United Kingdom as of 2025.
