À propos de cet audio

Buckle up crew, because this podcast is all about keeping it real. I'm your host Ashley and we're diving headfirst into how life does a 180 the second that baby leaves your bod. Trust me, your world will never be the same. The day to day mom grind is tough, it's relentless, and let's face it, some days you'd rather do just about anything than change another diaper and have shit thrown at you. We're going to explore what it's like being a mom in today's world. And spoiler alert: it's not great at times and harder than it looks on Instagram. I'll be sharing my own hilarious and sometimes cringe-worthy stories, chatting with some amazing and fun guests while uncovering the trials, anxieties, and tough days that come with the territory. We're going to cut through the bullshit and get to the heart of this crazy ride. I know firsthand how hard it can be trying to balance career and family, and the desperate need for self-care (hello, like 5-minute showers please!), and the never-ending quest for personal growth. Once you step into the mom zone, life gets harder than trying to assemble IKEA furniture in the dark. I wish I was joking. We're covering it all—from the first post-baby romp to the less glamorous side of pregnancy, mental health struggles, career ambitions, and so much more. Don't forget to follow us on social media @themomexistence. Bye for now, and remember: you're doing amazing! Hygiène et mode de vie sain Sciences sociales

  • Navigating Self-Image Through Fashion & Motherhood with Vickie Mastrapas
    Nov 13 2025

In this episode, Vickie Mastrapas opens up about her personal struggles with self-image and style — from showing up to dinners in leggings and feeling uncomfortable, to discovering the power of personal styling as a path to confidence and authenticity. We talk about how fashion isn't just about what you wear, but how it makes you feel. Vickie shares how finding her own sense of style became a journey of self-acceptance, self-expression, and learning to show up in a way that feels true to who she is.

    Takeaways:

    • Fashion should reflect who you are

    • Self-acceptance is the foundation of confidence

    • Social settings can amplify insecurities — and that's okay

    • Finding your style is a journey, not a destination

    • Feeling good in what you wear changes everything
