Welcome to Episode 46 of The Paranormal Rundown! We are back! This is the beginning of Season 3, and we are very exited to have such a great guest to start back with. Maxim Furek is an author of books on a variety of paranormal topics, the latest of which released yesterday, Paranormal Apocalyse: Is This how It Ends? Maxim is a great Rundown guest, he has interests all over the paranormal world. We cover topics such as the Albert Ostman Bigfoot Abduction, Padre Pio, Amityville, and Addiction and the Demonic. We highly recommend you read his books, which you will find in one of the links below. Other topics covered include the Miracle of Recovery, St. Theresa of Avilla, Alien Abduction, The Smurl Haunting, Interdimensional Bigfoot, Time Travel, Anabelle's Tour, The K-T Event, Jim Jones, and The Case for AI. I believe we all left the recording thinking we may need to have him come back later this season, as there were many topics left to explore, including his interactions with Ed and Loraine Warren. As a season opener, I don't think we could ask for more, enjoy!

As a quick note, there has been a serious upgrade to a member of the Paranormal Rundown Team. Deacon Josh is now Father Josh! He was ordained back at the beginning of August, as a priest in the Charismatic Episcopal Church. We are very excited to see him take the next step towards his future. Congratulations to both Fr. Bert did his best to keep us on track, but I think he is going to have to schedule us for several more rounds of group therapy. We managed to cover Psychology vs Parapsychology, PSI, Tenhaeff, Nostradamus, Handling Paranormal and Spiritual Experiences in Therapy, Schizophrenia, The Mystery of Life Itself, The Castle of the Soul, The Desert Fathers and the Seven Steps to Habitual Sin, Childhood OCD, The Psychiatry of AI, AI as a Tool for the Neurodivergent, LLMs talking about Mary, Bullebak, and Frank Herbert's Dune. As you can see, we may need to up our dose of ADHD meds, but it certainly makes for an interesting Rundown!

As mentioned in our last episode, our numbering scheme has changed. However, some knucklehead told Vic the wrong episode number when we started, so you are not going crazy if you noticed that episode 43 is called 42 in all the audio references.
