    In this raw and honest episode, I open up about one of my biggest ongoing challenges: getting injured — a lot — and the struggle to stay consistent with rehab after I feel better. Sound familiar?

    I’ve spent years bouncing between pain and recovery. While I’m great at following rehab protocols when things hurt, I often drop the ball once I’m back in the gym. That pattern has led to repeated setbacks. In this episode, I share exactly where I’ve failed… but also the simple, real-world strategies I now use to stay on track long-term, including:

    • Writing rehab exercises directly into my workout plans
    • Using a whiteboard with visual checkboxes for accountability
    • Tapping into past pain for emotional reinforcement
