Flemming Sondergaard was born in Denmark and now calls Saskatoon home. He is a very accomplished ultra runner and has many interesting insights into the sport. On this episode we talk about his Western States and UTMB experiences and we also chat about our favourite local races. Enjoy!

Tarrant Crosschild started his running career as a child by corralling horses on the Blood Tribe First Nation in Alberta. He loved running from the start and has used it as a recovery tool and as a way to bond with his family. Tarrant is a family man first and foremost but he also runs a flooring company and a running company that provides timing services for many races. He is also a community ambassador for communities around Saskatchewan and Alberta where himself and 200 other volunteers promote healing through running. He is one of the best humans you will ever meet, enjoy!
