  • The Trainer's Scoop Episode 90: How to ACTUALLY Use Science For Your Fitness with Jack Quint
    Jun 16 2025

Welcome to The Trainer’s Scoop! In Episode 90. I’m rejoined by Jack Quint, who is the perfect guest to address a topic that I see causing a lot of chatter in the fitness industry right now — “are science based training methodologies going too far?”

So I wanted to answer the, “How do I use science to achieve my goals,” conversation with Jack, who has a Masters Degree in an Exercise Science, making him well versed in interpreting studies, and having conducted research himself. Our goal for the episode was to help you develop the framework that you can use to integrate science into your fitness, without losing the plot
