    Greetings, and welcome back to the podcast.

    This episode, we are joined by Mr. Manuj Nikhanj - CEO of Enverus - a private energy-focused software and data analytics company with revenues of ~$1 billion.

    Before joining Enverus, Manuj was co-President and co-CEO of RS Energy Group. Over the last 17 years he has completed several hundred evaluations of public and private producers, plays and assets.

    Manuj has served as a trusted advisor for multiple company boards and executive teams around strategy and execution on new and existing assets. Prior to RS Energy Group, Manuj was Co-Head of Energy Research at ITG, which in 2011 acquired the Ross Smith Energy Group where Manuj was a partner.

    He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Calgary and is a CFA and FRM charterholder.

    This episode, we are joined by Mr. Steve Letwin - CEO of Mancal Corporation - a privately owned holding company of the Mannix family - with interests in natural resources, energy, real estate, and venture capital.

    Steve has served on Mancal Corporation’s Board of Directors since the company’s inception in 1999, Steve was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2020.

    He brings a strong background in natural resources, having served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD Corporation for over nine years, in addition to holding a seat on its Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, he was Executive Vice President, Gas Transportation & International at Enbridge, Inc., where he was based in Houston, Texas, and held overall responsibility for Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. and its U.S. operations.

    Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated a strong commitment to voluntary leadership. His recent community affiliations include serving as a Director on the Corporate Campaign Committee for Texas Children’s Hospital, Patron of UNICEF Alberta, and Director, YMCA Calgary. In recognition of his volunteer service, he was awarded the Alberta Centennial Medal in 2006.

    Greetings, and welcome back to the podcast.

    This episode, we are joined by Mr. Grant Fagerheim - CEO of Whitecap Resources - a TSX listed energy company with a market cap of ~$14 billion.

    Mr. Fagerheim is President and Chief Executive Officer of Whitecap Resources Inc., a position he has held since 2009, and also founder of Whitecap Resources Inc., Kereco Energy Ltd. (Cadence), Ketch Resources Ltd, and Ketch Energy Ltd.

    He was appointed to the board of The Fraser Institute in January 2020. He has worked in both the Canadian upstream and downstream segments of the energy industry. His past directorships include both public and private energy producing and service companies.

    Mr. Fagerheim is an active member in the community in both volunteer and charity roles and has a passion for combining academics with athletics. He is a director of the Hockey Canada Foundation, serving since January 2008, has served as Chairman of the Foundation and was also a member of the Order of Hockey Canada executive committee. He also has served as Chairman of the Edge School for Athletes in Calgary.

    In recognition for his contributions to Canada to date Mr. Fagerheim was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal created in 2012 to honour the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He was inducted into the Saskatchewan Oil & Gas Hall of Fame in 2017 and was named Saskatchewan Oil Person of the Year in 2021.
