À propos de cet audio

Let it go and don't look back! That’s the mantra shared by organizer Christine Stone and broadcaster Eden Kendall. Christine and Eden couldn’t be more different. Christine is a professional organizer who creates spaces that are streamlined and efficient for everyday living. Eden is a radio DJ, TV host, avid runner, and thrift shopper who, by her own admission, is over-scheduled and disorganized.

Despite their differences, these friends share a belief that women over 50 need community. They cover topics that concern women in this often-overlooked age group—whether it's feeling invisible, experiencing menopause, searching for age-appropriate fashion, anti-aging beauty tips, adjusting to the empty nest, or sex after 50, nothing is off limits!

In the process, Christine shares tips to organize and beautify your space, freeing you up to live your best life....no matter your age!

  • IT'S TIME FOR A MID-LIFE FALL ORGANIZING REFRESH
    Aug 28 2025

In this episode of Uncluttered and Unfiltered, we dig into fall refresh tips designed especially for women over 50 and empty nesters like us. We talk about how decluttering and organizing seasonal decorations, entertaining products, and closet items can set the tone for a calmer, more joyful season.

Christine shares why transitioning to a simpler decorating style after the kids leave home can feel so freeing, and together we explore how preparing for holiday guests well in advance helps us welcome loved ones without the stress. We also reflect on ways to make our spaces feel more personal and meaningful—sometimes by bringing back traditions we may have set aside, like using a good old-fashioned paper planner to stay organized.

Of course, we mix in our own personal stories too. Christine opens up about her approach to regular health screenings, while Eden talks about her daily puzzle ritual—and how little routines like these keep us grounded.

It’s all about creating a home and a lifestyle that feel uncluttered, unfiltered, and perfectly suited to this season of life.
