Later, the team head down to the River Frome to explore an uplifting piece of local nature news: beavers are back! They hear how these industrious creatures are reshaping the landscape and what their return means for wildlife in Somerset. And of course, Becky rounds things off with her Fabulous Frome Forecast, your guide to all the best gigs, markets and festivals happening in November. In this month's episode, we dive into all things October in Frome. Daisy braves a ghost walk led by the long-departed Reverend Joseph Glanvill, uncovering spooky tales like the Nunney Hitchhiker and the Griffin ghost. Sonia takes part in the Frome Big Bat Count, spotting 187 bats across 12 species - proving Halloween isn't the only time bats come out to play. Our Local Legend is Jackie Bryant, Asda's community champion, whose tireless fundraising supports charities across the town. And in this month's Challenge Sonia, she picks up a bow and arrow for an archery session - and turns out to be a natural. The whole team was out at the Frome Carnival, capturing the atmosphere and interviewing people in the crowd. And as always Becky from Fabulous Frome rounds things off with her What's On Guide so you won't miss anything happening in October.
