Yo WrestleChop nation — this is the real, raw first take right after WWE Raw dropped and I’m not sleeping on this one, because — honestly? It was just bleh. We opened with Jey Uso and CM Punk trading words, hyped as a massive build-up — but it felt like a promo done on autopilot.

Then there’s the big “shoe guy” tease… we saw the shoes. We saw the walks. We saw the hype. And what did we get? A WrestleMania style plug for a show we already knew where it’s going. The payoff? Didn’t show up.
LA Knight and the “future push” talk? Ehhh… He got buried. I’m not giving up because I like the guy — but the hope train? I hopped off tonight.
Even when some matches were good — yep, I’ll call out the positives — it still felt like: “Hey, if you’re a fan of pure match-after-match with little story, you might enjoy this…” But the story? The heat? The “I can’t wait for next week”? Gone.

Today I’m telling the wildest story of my wrestling-fan life — the day I met Mick Foley, aka Mankind, in a men’s restroom at the Joe Louis Arena back in the WWE Attitude Era.
It was the greatest moment I ever had as a fan… and my biggest regret.
