À propos de cet audio

This podcast represents the behind the scenes of starting a business and who you are seeking to become through your business. We cover mission, fulfillment and spiritual development along the journey of starting a business as a woman.

Because the business is the playground for your soul.

I take the guest behind the scenes to peel back the actual work and changes you have to show up for, day after day even when it seems like nothing is happening. I want you to know what you are going through is normal, worth it and does lead to the life you desire.

I record the podcast raw, real and honest, no intro/outro music, no ads, no flashy extras. Its you, me and the guest, digging into our heart and soul with "as is / where is" conversations. The guests are authentic and unedited female business owners in the early stages of launching, to pull back the curtain on being a solopreneur and building the biz from the ground up! #thisishowstartupsdoit

  • Lindsay Pinchuk, CEO of Dear FoundHer
    Jan 25 2026

Lindsay Pinchuk is an award-winning entrepreneur, mentor, and the founder of Dear FoundHer…, a community and top 1.5% podcast devoted to supporting women business owners over 40 who are ready to simplify, grow, and lead with clarity.

She’s one of less than 1% of female founders who has successfully taken a company all the way through acquisition — building her first business, Bump Club and Beyond, from just $500 into a seven-figure brand that reached over three million people every month, with partners like Target, Nordstrom, Huggies, and Unilever.

But what I admire most about Lindsay isn’t just what she built — it’s how she continues to respond to what life and leadership ask of her next.

Through her signature SWEEP framework, her mentorship, her writing, and her community, Lindsay helps women untangle their marketing, trust themselves again, and build businesses that actually fit the season they’re in. And alongside that work, she’s also found herself — somewhat unexpectedly — stepping into advocacy, using her voice to speak out against antisemitism after a single post opened a much larger door. Instead of shrinking back, she followed the call.

Lindsay is proof that entrepreneurship isn’t linear — it’s initiatory. That leadership evolves. And that impact expands when we allow ourselves to be both strategic and brave.

What if your everyday life isn’t in the way of your calling…but the very place it’s meant to unfold?

In this solo episode, I speak directly to the woman who is faithful, responsible, and deeply devoted — yet quietly longing for more of herself. Not more hustle. Not more reinvention. But more aliveness, truth, and trust in who she already is.

I share from my own lived experience as an everyday woman walking in her calling — building community, holding sacred space, and creating impact without bypassing the mundane. Because legacy isn’t built in the highlight reel. It’s formed in the small, unseen choices made one day at a time.

This conversation is an invitation to soften, to remember, and to reclaim the parts of you that went quiet in the name of being good, capable, or needed. We explore why the “wild woman” within you isn’t reckless or lost — she’s regulated, rooted, and waiting for safety.

    Inside this episode, we explore:

Why your desire for more is not selfish — it’s sacred

How faith, regulation, and embodiment create sustainable impact

What it means to awaken the wild woman without burning your life down

Why community and devotion to self are the foundation of true legacy

How ordinary women create extraordinary impact by staying present

This is for the woman who knows there’s more to her story — and is ready to live it as is, where she is, with reverence and courage.

You don’t need to become someone else.

You need to come home to yourself.

✨ If you feel the resonance, I’d love to walk with you inside The Everyday Woman Awakening — a 6-week small cohort space to awaken the woman you seek, because she’s already here.

  • Sarah Trop, CEO of FunCycled
    Jan 15 2026

I’m so excited to introduce you to Sarah Trop — nationally recognized interior designer, HGTV Flea Market Flip champion, and the founder of FunCycled. But beyond the titles and features, Sarah is a woman who has built a business with soul, sustainability, and faith at the center.

Sarah’s journey began in her mid-twenties as a mom of two, with a deep desire to work from home, be present with her children, and create something meaningful with her hands. What started as painting and repurposing furniture grew — over the last 13 years — into a full interior design studio, light remodelling firm, and creative brand known for transforming historic homes, small spaces, and overlooked pieces into something beautiful and life-giving.

After winning on HGTVs Flea Market Flip (which her friend encouraged, bugged + lovingly forced her to apply for!!!), Sarah was able to open her storefront and scale Funcycled. Her work has since been featured in Country Living, House Beautiful, and Life at Home Magazine, and her 1802 farmhouse restoration has inspired thousands who love old homes and sustainable design.

Rooted in faith, family, and creativity — and fueled by perseverance, strategy, and leadership — Sarah’s story is such a powerful reminder that you don’t have to choose between purpose and growth. You get to build both.

She is in a period of pivoting, adjusting, finding another way forward. This is the duality of life, it ebbs and flows. And in that we must find peace. We must be able to HOLD ourselves, our faith and our calling + mission during the in between. I see Sarah taking the stage as a business mentor, community builder and "remodelled" entrepreneur. I will be watching wiht delight as she evolves and yet again makes something Broken - Beautiful again.
