    Jan 25 2026

Lindsay Pinchuk is an award-winning entrepreneur, mentor, and the founder of Dear FoundHer…, a community and top 1.5% podcast devoted to supporting women business owners over 40 who are ready to simplify, grow, and lead with clarity.

She’s one of less than 1% of female founders who has successfully taken a company all the way through acquisition — building her first business, Bump Club and Beyond, from just $500 into a seven-figure brand that reached over three million people every month, with partners like Target, Nordstrom, Huggies, and Unilever.

But what I admire most about Lindsay isn’t just what she built — it’s how she continues to respond to what life and leadership ask of her next.

Through her signature SWEEP framework, her mentorship, her writing, and her community, Lindsay helps women untangle their marketing, trust themselves again, and build businesses that actually fit the season they’re in. And alongside that work, she’s also found herself — somewhat unexpectedly — stepping into advocacy, using her voice to speak out against antisemitism after a single post opened a much larger door. Instead of shrinking back, she followed the call.

Lindsay is proof that entrepreneurship isn’t linear — it’s initiatory. That leadership evolves. And that impact expands when we allow ourselves to be both strategic and brave.

What if your everyday life isn’t in the way of your calling…but the very place it’s meant to unfold?

In this solo episode, I speak directly to the woman who is faithful, responsible, and deeply devoted — yet quietly longing for more of herself. Not more hustle. Not more reinvention. But more aliveness, truth, and trust in who she already is.

I share from my own lived experience as an everyday woman walking in her calling — building community, holding sacred space, and creating impact without bypassing the mundane. Because legacy isn’t built in the highlight reel. It’s formed in the small, unseen choices made one day at a time.

This conversation is an invitation to soften, to remember, and to reclaim the parts of you that went quiet in the name of being good, capable, or needed. We explore why the “wild woman” within you isn’t reckless or lost — she’s regulated, rooted, and waiting for safety.

    Inside this episode, we explore:

Why your desire for more is not selfish — it’s sacred

How faith, regulation, and embodiment create sustainable impact

What it means to awaken the wild woman without burning your life down

Why community and devotion to self are the foundation of true legacy

How ordinary women create extraordinary impact by staying present

This is for the woman who knows there’s more to her story — and is ready to live it as is, where she is, with reverence and courage.

You don’t need to become someone else.

You need to come home to yourself.

✨ If you feel the resonance, I’d love to walk with you inside The Everyday Woman Awakening — a 6-week small cohort space to awaken the woman you seek, because she’s already here.

  • Sarah Trop, CEO of FunCycled
    Jan 15 2026

I’m so excited to introduce you to Sarah Trop — nationally recognized interior designer, HGTV Flea Market Flip champion, and the founder of FunCycled. But beyond the titles and features, Sarah is a woman who has built a business with soul, sustainability, and faith at the center.

Sarah’s journey began in her mid-twenties as a mom of two, with a deep desire to work from home, be present with her children, and create something meaningful with her hands. What started as painting and repurposing furniture grew — over the last 13 years — into a full interior design studio, light remodelling firm, and creative brand known for transforming historic homes, small spaces, and overlooked pieces into something beautiful and life-giving.

After winning on HGTVs Flea Market Flip (which her friend encouraged, bugged + lovingly forced her to apply for!!!), Sarah was able to open her storefront and scale Funcycled. Her work has since been featured in Country Living, House Beautiful, and Life at Home Magazine, and her 1802 farmhouse restoration has inspired thousands who love old homes and sustainable design.

Rooted in faith, family, and creativity — and fueled by perseverance, strategy, and leadership — Sarah’s story is such a powerful reminder that you don’t have to choose between purpose and growth. You get to build both.

She is in a period of pivoting, adjusting, finding another way forward. This is the duality of life, it ebbs and flows. And in that we must find peace. We must be able to HOLD ourselves, our faith and our calling + mission during the in between. I see Sarah taking the stage as a business mentor, community builder and "remodelled" entrepreneur. I will be watching wiht delight as she evolves and yet again makes something Broken - Beautiful again.

  • Tammy Vincent, CEO of Radiant Resilience Coaching
    Dec 31 2025

Tammy Vincent is a woman whose heart has been shaped by both deep compassion and lived experience — the kind of leader who doesn’t just teach healing, but embodies it.

She is an author, speaker, and life coach for adult children who grew up with alcoholic parents. Tammy’s work is rooted in a sacred mission: to support and restore the confused, lonely, scared, and often invisible children who didn’t know where to turn… and in many cases, didn’t even know they had options.

This mission isn’t abstract for Tammy — it’s personal. She has devoted her life to eradicating the long-lasting effects of growing up in chaos and silence, and to helping adults finally find language, safety, and self-trust where there once was none.

Tammy carries a beautiful softness alongside her strength. She loves the ocean and turtles — symbols of endurance, wisdom, and returning home — and even shares matching tattoos with her children as a reminder of the bonds that heal across generations. She’s spoken on stages like Life on Fire and Big Money Speaker, recently hosted the Radiant Women Wellness Weekend in Florida, and integrates powerful tools like AO scans and energetic clearing into her healing work.

What I love most about Tammy is her unwavering devotion to the innocent parts within us — the ones that learned too early how to survive, but are now ready to truly live. She gets it because she lived it, and she now empowered by her experiences.

Add a catalyst effect of having hosted her first retreat and 2026 is lit up for her, a pivot, a higher perspective and a mission bigger than she ever dreamed of!

  • Dr Neja Zupan, CEO of Dr Neja Zupan Institute
    Dec 30 2025

This was an incredible episode my friend. I was captivated and energetically connected throughout the whole conversation. Dr Neja Zupan's presence immediately slows the room — not because she is quiet, but because she is anchored. The kind of woman whose leadership doesn’t come from force, but from having walked through fire and chosen herself on the other side.

Dr. Neja is a Mentor in Multidimensional Leadership and Radiant Vitality, and the founder of the Mastering Energy Academy.

Neja’s story is not one of hustle or shortcuts. It is one of radical truth, responsibility, and reclamation.

At 43 years old, Neja was diagnosed with aggressive, hormone-dependent cancer and given a 5% chance of survival. She carries the BRCA gene. Every woman in her lineage before her had died from cancer. And in that moment — facing statistics, history, and fear — she made a conscious decision to break the cycle.

She said no to chemo and radiation. And yes to something far more demanding: deep self-responsibility, nervous system healing, emotional excavation, trauma awareness, and energetic recalibration.

That choice didn’t just heal her body — it rebuilt her identity.

What followed was a complete reconstruction of her life force. Layer by layer, frequency by frequency, Neja dismantled inherited survival patterns and rebuilt herself from the inside out. And from that place of alignment, something extraordinary happened: her business, her relationships, and her leadership expanded — not through pushing, but through coherence.

Neja didn’t hustle her way into success. She healed her way there.

Today, she mentors high-achieving leaders around the world who are done performing, done pretending, and ready to reclaim their inner authority. Her work bridges emotional intelligence, trauma awareness, and energetic mastery — reminding us that true leadership begins within, and that sustainable success is an inside job.

This conversation is for the woman who knows she’s meant for more — but knows, too, that the path forward isn’t about doing more… it’s about becoming more aligned.

  • Chanda Coston, Business Strategist and CEO of Chanda Co
    Dec 22 2025

This week's guest is a woman who carries both steel and soul — the kind of leader who has lived many lives and now uses every one of them to help other women rise.

I’m honored to welcome Chanda Coston — a retired U.S. Navy veteran, strategist, and mentor for women over 40 who are ready to turn their business ideas into real impact, income, and sustainable growth.

Chanda brings more than 20 years of leadership and project management experience from the military, where she led large-scale operations, managed high-stakes deployments, and built systems that saved the U.S. Navy over $24 million. But what truly shapes her work today didn’t begin in a boardroom or a briefing room — it was forged in lived experience.

Before the accolades and authority, Chanda rebuilt her life from the ground up. She knows poverty. Early motherhood. Domestic abuse. And a pivotal moment in young adulthood where she had to decide — consciously and courageously — who she would become.

    That choice changed everything.

Today, Chanda has transformed her story into a blueprint — one rooted in clarity, faith, and structure — and she now helps high-capacity, purpose-driven women move out of overwhelm and into aligned, sustainable success. Her work replaces chaos with clarity, ambition with strategy, and burnout with momentum.

Through her Build to Blueprint™ accelerator, the Momentum Mastery Collective, and her powerful frameworks, Chanda guides women to build businesses that honor their capacity, their calling, and the legacy they want to leave behind.

This conversation is about leadership, resilience, faith, and the quiet power of choosing yourself — again and again.

  • Rachael Davila, CEO of Extra Hands Virtual Assistant
    Dec 14 2025

The Personal Earthquake That Rewrote Everything

In this deeply human and beautifully poetic conversation, I sit with the extraordinary Rachael Davila—VA mentor, strategist, author, and the grounded mother-heart behind Extra Hands! Virtual Assistance. For 20 years, Rachael built her business the way so many women do: quietly, consistently, humbly… carrying more than she ever gave herself credit for.

    And then 2021 hit.

What she calls her “personal earthquake”—five virtual summits landing at once, round-the-clock client demands, her health falling apart in real time—forced her into a reckoning. Diabetes. Hair loss. Fear. Identity unraveling thread by thread. A moment of “I can’t do this anymore,” whispered through tears and exhaustion.

But what emerged from the rubble is what makes this conversation sacred.

Rachael takes us into the tender territory of redefining herself—from lifelong doer and behind-the-scenes superhero to mentor, author, and truth-teller. She shares the moment a Louise Hay exercise surfaced her deepest limiting belief… and how Gay Hendricks’ The Big Leap cracked open a knowing: her zone of genius was never in doing more, but in guiding others to lead with clarity, structure, and self-belief.

This episode is for every woman who has pushed past her own mayday moments… every woman who has lived in the tension between what she’s good at and what she’s called to… every woman learning to release control, receive support, and rise into her next identity with softness and sovereignty.

Rachael’s story is a reminder that breakdowns can be holy.

That identity shifts can be rebirths.

And that sometimes the most powerful work we ever do is letting ourselves become who we were always meant to be.

Tune in for wisdom, truth, and the kind of soul nourishment that lingers long after the episode ends.
