After witnessing Astaroth being imprisoned by Kafziel, his daughter Elysia and son Byleth set off to finding the key to set him free. Under the request of stopping this by Kafziel, Kenan undergoes a week of training to become a time mage. With the aid of Kafziel's limousine driver Gordon Stone and his demon girlfriend Asmodeus, they set off to Heaven to warn the angels of an incoming assault led by Elysia and Byleth.

The newly formed group of superheroes known as The Otherkind along with their allies The Seven Deadly Sins have made it into Heaven. Without question, Heaven's leader and the former Devil Seraphina's father, the archangel Michael, allowed them to set foot inside of the front gate and into the Heavenly Palace.

The know dancing duet Tommy and Maria believed that their lives were in perfect order. Unfortunately, the pair was notified of the secrets that their parents have kept from their whole lives. Part of it entails being hunted by demons. They also entailed to Tommy's beloved mother Erinyes and Maria's father Thanatos were not only not their biological parents, but they were also demons living on Earth to protect humans. Witnessing their late parent's deaths caused Tommy and Maria to explore the abandoned hospital where Thanatos and Erinyes found them when they were babies.

Boston police officer Michael Wheeler finds his beloved wife Shawna dead on the morning of his second day on the force. Because he couldn't trust the authorities, Michael decided to investigate the murder on his own. With the aid of the proud owner of Johnston Industries, Kenan Johnston, Michael used the time machine known as The Cassius to travel back to various timelines to attain more information behind the tragedy.

Seven years have passed since the family reunion at Kafziel's mansion. As Kenan moved on being married to Kafziels' daughter Elysia, working as a time guardian and as an assistant for Johnston Industries, he began to have dreams of a murder happening in Boston before it even occurred. As a way to prevent the atrocity, Kenan and Elysia went after the culprits after watching a video of them killing a man on the spot. The killers turned out to be two masked women both having supernatural abilities. One of the women was an esper named Psyche and the other was an alien named Ember.
