Forced by the government, G.O.R.E. Sector relinquishes custody of the X41 meteorite, recovered on the island of Zil Nesans, to a facility in Arizona. Utilizing special equipment invented by none other than Dr. Howard Tate, Raptor Pack inspects the interior of the facility, suspicious of the intentions of those running it.
