The answer to why suffering cannot be grasped by our finite minds but the contemplation of the grandeur and beauty of the natural world builds a sense of trust in the Creator.

This analysis of Exodus and the Passover meal gives the listener a deeper appreciation of the Hebrew Scriptures as capturing the mystery of God interacting with humanity. The blessing of the cups, the unleavened bread, the telling of the Exodus story and the singing of the Hallel Psalms, all formed the basis for the meal that Jesus shared with his disciples.
