Best Friends, Best Forgotten is a young adult fiction novel set in the American Midwest within a civilization billed as a new utopia, and follows the growing love of two high school students, Eden and Ashlynn, as they navigate this new and changing world. In Eden and Ashlynn’s world, tech is a part of life from the earliest age. Tech is life. But when their new friendship evolved into a great love, they could not be prepared for the price that technology would demand of them. They would come to realize sometimes even the best of friends are best forgotten.

"Best Friends, Best Forgiven" is the second novel in the young adult, dystopian, science fiction thriller series, "Best Friends, Best Forgotten," and it follows the stories of Eden and the President Commander as they each seek, in their own way, to save the future of the ISA. The ISA is a civilization in the American Midwest billed as a new utopia, which uses a device called the chip to link two individuals' minds to help law enforcement prevent crime through visions that replace their dreams. But are the visions the chip produces a gift or a curse, and do they always reveal the truth?
