But was he really to blame? Sergeant Chloe Mayfield doesn’t think so, but her one cop mission to find the real killer clashes with her orders and she’s already on shaky ground with the higher-ups. All they need is one good reason and she’s out of a job. Nevertheless, she feels responsible–Chloe should have spotted the clues and been able to prevent the coven leader’s death. Shouldn’t she?
