Tom Benton’s son Bobby has seen the face of evil outside his bedroom window in the darkest hours of the night. An ancient evil arrived in a bank of fog and decimated the town of Wray, Colorado. The fog covered the small town including the home of Tom Benton and his family. The evil that lurked within the fog fed on the townspeople, destroying everyone in its path. Croatoan, the master of that evil, has special plans for those with anger deep inside. Tom Benton’s son Bobby surrendered to his anger and has become a servant to his master.

On the first night, Tom held out until the sun rose to chase away the vampire who lives in the fog. The monster vanished with a promise.
