American Presidents History

What would happen if all the Citizens in the US escaped to a better life, one where they were not under constant surveillance, one where their lives became more meaningful? What if a non-citizen were to become a US President? Those are some of the events which happened in the 21st century. This is as much of the story as I could piece together, Senior Presidente.
