De la vejez (Cato Maior de Senectute) es un ensayo escrito por Cicerón en el año 44 a.C. sobre el tema del envejecimiento y la muerte desde un punto de vista optimista. Su propósito es mostrar que la vejez no solo es tolerable, sino también cómoda gracias a los recursos internos de la felicidad.
