Sona Van (en realidad: Ter-Hovhannisian) es una famosa poeta y viajera Armenia. Nació en Ereván, Armenia. Su abuelo, un respetado clérigo armenio de la ciudad de Van en Anatolia oriental (de ahí el seudónimo literario del poeta) en el terrible 1915, se quedó en Estambul con una gran parte de su familia. When my companion of 34 years passed away, I went through an emotional upheaval. These tears of grief provided deeper insights and pearls of wisdom started falling on me in the form of poetry. If this personal sharing and baring my soul helps someone to come out of grief, it's a blessing.
