Electronic monitoring. Locked-down drug treatment centers. House arrest. Mandated psychiatric treatment. Data-driven surveillance. Extended probation. Students and communities who have been historically disenfranchised along lines of race and disability continue to face predictable barriers to opportunity and independence.
