In this second book, Autumn knows unicorns have a unique ability to find magical objects in nature with their horn. In this book, Autumn learns of a rumor being spread around through school about another unicorn. Thinking it could be a unicorn Gwyn knows, Autumn shares the rumor with the unicorn. Together, Gwyn and her friends wander through the town, heading to the location where the rumored unicorn was seen. As they walk, Gwyn wonders if she truly is the only unicorn in this world and tries to not get her hopes too high about another unicorn. But a small hope remains, and she grows just as excited as her friends.
