In the last 25 years, I have taken over many failing businesses, and each time I took it as a challenge to see if I could improve that business. I am happy to report that my success rate is around 85 percent. I take a time tested step-by-step marketing approach and make sure every step is followed and completed - some of which I have shared through my blog and podcast, but I have decided to summarize them all in this book, so they are easy to find under one roof, so to speak.
