Durga is a very special goddess. When I first encountered her, I was a little hesitant, but I knew deep down I needed to work with her. From 2014-2015, she has guided me. Ever so often, I am guided to work with one specific deity for a prolong period of time. It was Durga's turn then.

It is said that when one balances his or her chakras, the rest of life falls into place. This is very true, but there is much more than chakra balancing to strive for. Chakras themselves can be a source of energy to create magick. Using chakras for magick makes perfect sense, since spiritual and physical energies travel via the chakras. You are, in essence, your chakras. Everything in the world, whether this world or the spiritual world, communicates with you via your chakras.

Shiva is one of the most mysterious gods of the Hindu pantheon. His energy can be found in all things, yet his tranquil and fierce energy can seem out of reach for some.
